Feedback : I am a owner of small discussion forum and was looking for a no frill hosting company, when I found dinsol.com on one of my friend's forum. I checked their site and liked that they disclose every details about their servers and network in public, unlike other companies hide such things. Their network uptime as per third party site was also good and above 99.9%. I liked that things and signed up with them. Currently hosting 4 sites and services are good. |

I was a little skeptical signing up with them at first because there prices are very low. I asked them if they do overselling but they assured me that they do not do such thing on their servers. After going through their package details, I came to know that all the packages are marked with exact figure and not like fake details. They also do not allow unlimited domains for reseller, which is a good thing for all the customers. |

Feedback : I have been with Dinsol for about 3 years and have not had a problem. I have had to consult with their customer service to change my hosting package, and they have responded promptly. Their prices are incredible. They have only had couple of hours of downtime in the past 3 years for server upgrades of which they emailed me a few days before-hand to warn me. After being burned by a couple web-hosts, it is comforting that they publish their phone number. Sure it's in India and not toll-free, but in the world of discounted webservices, a phone number at all seems rare.. |
